Wedding Photography Service Process
1. Initial Consultation

Customer gets to know my wedding photography photos and style

Customer gets to know my wedding photography packages information

Customer provides the brief information of wedding date, photography start time, end time and locations, and I confirm the booking availability
2. Booking In & Contract signing

Customer pays a deposit to book their wedding shoot in

I discuss with customer to determine the wedding day photography details: items & timing & locations. Items include getting ready, ceremony, potrait shoot(bride, groom, bridal party), reception

I send Photography Service Agreement to customer
3. Pre-Wedding Preparation

In the weeks leading up to the wedding, I will work with the customer to finalize & confirm the schedule, location, and shot list for the wedding day

Customer sends me the wedding day run sheet at least 7 days before the wedding day

Customer pays the balance at the time as agreed in the Photography Service Agreement
4. Wedding Day Shoot

Customer prepares/collects wedding related stuffs for me to shoot details, like ring, tie, shoes, bridal bouquet ......

Customer introduces family members attending the wedding to me

I start to shoot customer's wedding
5. Post-Production & Delivery

After the wedding, I will edit the photos and deliver them to the customer as agreed in the Photography Service Agreement
